We have prepared new specialties in our regular menu. 
 

We added the most favourite specialties to our new menu and also we add pasta, risotto ans fish meals to our regular menu. We also will offer new appetizers, soups and main dishes. And our pastry chef has prepared new delicious desserts. Good appetite.

New wines from Gut Oggau vineyard in Carnevalle

In Carnevalle we offer also a selection of more than 100 wines. We discovered for you also a new vineyards from Austria.
Now we introduce you the Gut Oggau vineyard from Burgernland region. Its tradition dates back to the early Romans, who first produced red wine in Austria.
The vines from vineyard Oggau is famous for the biodynamic winemaking process.
